We will gladly accept your return within 3 days of delivery for a store credit upon approval. Due to most of items being custom made we do not accept exchanges.

To receive approval for your return you need to contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your order. Once approved, the return order must be shipped to us within 5 business days. The store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product, given that it is unused and in its original condition. Packages without return approval will not be accepted.

If we approve a return with no store credit, 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. 

Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded. We appreciate you understanding.
